Shipping & Delivery
Shipping is free of charge worldwide on all products when shopping with MOLU!
As we work with many suppliers and manufacturers around the world. When your order has been placed with us it will come directly from their facilities. This means we can pass on the savings to our customers and keep the supply chain as short as possible.
Customers can expect to receive there items between 10-20 days but in some cases this can be upto 40 days due to the location of some of our suppliers.
All orders will be processed & dispatched from our trusted partners within 2-5 business days from the date the order is placed with MOLU. After the order has been processed we will not be able to cancel the order or issue a refund until the item has been received by yourself.
If your order contains multiple items they are likely to be dispatched and delivered individually across a number of days, and items could turn up separately, this is due to us working with many suppliers.
We cannot guarantee that all items will arrive at the same time.
Depending on your location and the location of our supplier, you may be required to pay import and customs fees on arrival into your country.
We are not responsible for any of these fees or any other associated taxes. Products returned back to us due to unpaid fees will not be refunded. If you require redelivery, a fee will apply.
