Returns & Refund Policy

At MOLU we are dedicated to the quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, items can be returned for a refund or exchange within 14 days after your order is received.

In order to be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item or items must be returned in an identical condition to that in which it or they were received by you, defining this condition as: new, unaltered and displayed in its original packaging. Returns made in accordance with these conditions will be credited to the original payment method and will be made within 30 days from receipt of return.

Please note that that as our products are shipped directly from the manufacturer, any returns will need to be sent back to the manufacturer, and not to a UK address. We are not liable for the costs associated with the return of your order. Unwanted goods must be returned using a traceable, reliable and insured method. The return postage must be pre-paid and all returned goods must be fully insured for the full value of the items.
